Ryan had a unique perspective, and unlike most of our contemporaries, left behind almost no image of himself. No selfies, no reflections, very few portraits.

Instead, Ryan would send you, either in a photo album or just over a text conversation, his perspective visually.

I got a lot of the world through Ryan's eyes, and wanted to share some of the miscellany, humor, wisdom and inquisitiveness that I got to experience.

I felt he never wanted to be anyone's burden, but I saw his contributions in a much more positive light. I found his perspective well worth the price of admission and found him way more self-aware than most.
